1. In the Families module, navigate to Families > Sacraments: 
2. Search for the record that was entered in error.
3. Once the record you want to remove is visible on the page, click the edit button.
4. In the sacrament record, click the Edit Details button.
   
5. If you have the proper permissions set by the diocese and Parish Administrator, click the Delete button on the lower right side of the pop-up page
6. Confirm the deletion.
