In the Families module, navigate to Family Directory > Group Sacraments:
Select the sacrament you'd like to add from the drop down menu, then the Term, and then select the class the students are in. Select search:
Select the students you'd like to create the record for by selecting the plus sign next to their name .
To select them all you can select the plus sign at the top:
Check the boxes next to the information you'd like to add and put in the correct information and click save:
A Confirmation Sacrament record will be created for everyone in that was in that class, or meets selected filter criteria.
