Where Total Contributions is the aggregate of all payments in the selected time period, Contributions Payment Amount is each individual payment.
The following Query selects all records for each member where the Total Contributions (all individual contributions added together) within the given timeframe has a value of $500.00 or more, but then lists each individual contribution amount. For example, a member who has given individual gifts of $200, $150, $300, (Total Contribution is $650) meets the report criteria. Since the Results Column lists the Contributions Payment Amount instead of the Total Contributions, the list will contain one line item for each individual contribution.
To remedy this, select the Total Contributions to be listed in the Result Columns. In the example outlined above, this would result in one line for our giver with Total Contributions of $650.
