Navigate My Parish

Important Notice: This article applies to the New ParishSOFT Platform. If your diocese hasn’t migrated yet, explore our knowledge base for relevant resources.

Note: In order to access your information in My Parish, you must first create a My Own Church account.

  • Once you login to My Parish choose from the categories listed on the Navigation Bar on the left side of the page.
  • The options available on the Navigation Bar strictly depend upon which Family Suite applications your church has.

  • Under My Family is Family Detail which allows you to edit family and member detail records.
    • Click the Member Details tab at the top to go to the page where you may make changes to each member.
    • Click Edit Details to enable updating information.
    • Update the information.
    • Click Save to save changes but to stay on the page.
    • Click Save & Close to go back to the My Own Church page after saving.

  • Online Registration allows you to register for a Religious Education class

Note: This title may change depending on your Parish, as this is a module with a customizable title.

  • Under My Offering is Giving History and Online Giving.
    • Online Giving navigates you to your parish online giving page where you can login to your online giving account.

    • Giving History allows you to review your past contributions and download your electronic statement.

Note: Electronic statements must be generated by your church administrator before they are accessible. This is to help ensure you get a full statement at the end of the year. Only when the church administrator is done adding all of the offering records will they make electric statements available.

  • Under My Ministry offers the different options of Schedules, Minister Preferences, Family Ministries, and Ministry Opportunities.
    • Schedules shows a calendar of the ministries you have volunteered for.

 

    • Minister Preferences allows you to specify which dates and activities you are able to volunteer for.

    • Family Ministries shows the specifics of the volunteer opportunities your family has volunteered for.

    • Ministry Opportunities allows you to sign up as a volunteer when you click the Volunteer button and then mark the checkbox for the Ministry/Event.
