Note: In order to access your information in My Parish, you must first create a My Own Church account.
- Once you log in to My Parish, choose from the categories listed on the Navigation Bar on the left side of the page.
- The options available on the Navigation Bar strictly depend on which Family Suite applications your church has.
- Under My Family, select Family Detail to edit family and member detail records.
- Click the Member Details tab at the top to open the page where you can make changes to each member.
- Click Edit Details to enable updating information.
- Update the information.
- Click Save to save changes, but to stay on the page.
- Click Save & Close to go back to the My Own Church page after saving.
- Online Registration allows you to register for a Religious Education class
Note: This title may change depending on your Parish, as this module has a customizable title.
- Under My Offering is Giving History and Online Giving.
- Online Giving navigates you to your parish's online giving page, where you can log in to your online giving account.
- Giving History allows you to review your past contributions and download your electronic statement.
Note: Electronic statements must be generated by your church administrator before they are accessible. This is to help ensure you get a full statement at the end of the year. Only when the church administrator has finished adding all the offering records will they make electronic statements available.
- Under My Ministry, you can choose from Schedules, Minister Preferences, Family Ministries, and Ministry Opportunities.
- Schedules show a calendar of the ministries you have volunteered for.
- Minister Preferences allows you to specify which dates and activities you are able to volunteer for.
- Family Ministries shows the specifics of the volunteer opportunities your family has volunteered for.
- Ministry Opportunities allows you to sign up as a volunteer when you click the Volunteer button and then mark the checkbox for the Ministry/Event.
