Note: The Pictorial Directory must be enabled in the Administration tab. 

1. Navigate to Administration > Organizations.
2. Click on "Edit Organization Record."
3. Click on Additional Organization Details.
4. On the top of the window, choose to Enable the Pictorial Directory.
5. There are also options to choose whether to show the Family Photo, and whether to show Family Members.
