All account cancellations must be submitted through our official form:

Cancel Services

This form is required for any cancellation request, whether you are canceling your entire account or specific modules.

When completing the form, the following information is required:

• Org ID (Account Code) – Your organization’s unique identifier.
• Organization Name – Full name of your parish or organization.
• City and State – Location of your organization.
• Modules to Cancel – List the modules you want to remove, or indicate if you are canceling the entire account.

Once your form is submitted:

• Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation.
• If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the email address provided in the form.

Important: Cancellations cannot be processed via email or phone. The cancellation form is required for all requests.
