If you need to cancel your ParishSOFT account, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed correctly.
Complete the Cancellation Form
All account cancellations must be submitted through our official form:
This form is required for any cancellation request, whether you are canceling your entire account or specific modules.
When completing the form, the following information is required:
- Org ID (Account Code) – Your organization’s unique identifier.
- Organization Name – Full name of your parish or organization.
- City and State – Location of your organization.
- Modules to Cancel – List the modules you want to remove, or indicate if you are canceling the entire account.
Once your form is submitted:
- Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation.
- If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the email address provided in the form.
Important: Cancellations cannot be processed via email or phone. The cancellation form is required for all requests.
