To add ministers to a team first go to Ministry Scheduler > Teams
- Select the Team you'd like to add Ministers to under Available Teams on the left side of the screen.
- Click Add Ministers to enter the
- Click the filter
icon to easily sort ministers by Ministry Group and Ministry.
- Select the Ministers you'd like to add. Select the checkbox at the top of the Available Ministers list to select all the ministers.
- Click Add Selected Ministers
- Click Finish
