Add Ministers to a Team

To add ministers to a team first go to Ministry Scheduler > Teams

  1. Select the Team you'd like to add Ministers to under Available Teams on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click Add Ministers to enter the 

  1. Click the filter icon to easily sort ministers by Ministry Group and Ministry.

  1. Select the Ministers you'd like to add.  Select the checkbox at the top of the Available Ministers list to select all the ministers.
  2. Click Add Selected Ministers

  1. Click Finish

Note: For Ministers to appear in step 4, you'll need to first add ministers in the Minister Directory for the event associated with this Team: PSFSv Ministry Scheduler - Adding Ministers (Video)
