Enhancements

Enhanced Individual Data Export

We've expanded the "Individuals" table data export to include additional fields, giving you more comprehensive information at your fingertips:

  • Driver's License
  • Assignment Start Date
  • Assignment End Date
  • Admin Notes

These new fields will appear in your export file, providing you with a more complete picture of your individuals' data.

New Search Criteria: Requirement Method

Individuals > Search Filter Drown Down: Finding individuals based on their Requirement Method is now easier than ever. We've added a new checkbox in the Search dropdown for "Requirement Method," allowing you to filter and retrieve individuals based on the selected criteria.

Individuals > Bulk Update Requirements now include Admin Notes

Users with Individual Requirements > Bulk Update permissions can now update the Admin Note field when performing bulk updates on Requirements. This feature streamlines the process of adding administrative notes to multiple requirements simultaneously.

SEP ID Included in Individual Exports

To improve data integration with external systems, we've added a unique SEP ID for each individual in the export file selected from the Individuals page. This ID will be included in the first column of the export file.
