How to make my Quick Entry options the default
Currently, you may only set the Quick Entry options as the default options for each batch. In other words, you must follow the instructions below for each Quick Entry Batch you create if you want them to have default entry options.
Begin by clicking on the Options and Filters button at the top/right of your screen.
When the Options and Filters screen displays, there are three areas you may update:
- Family / Member Lookup: Envelope Number, Last Name (Family & Member), Both
- Additional Fields: Check Number, Memo
- Posting Filters:
- Family Registration Status: Registered, Unregistered, Both
- Family Group: All Family Group options
Once you have selected the options you want to be your default options, click the Save button. Each time you enter the Quick Entry Contribution Posting screen for this batch, these will be your default options until you change and save them again.
