What address will show on contribution statements?

The address that will show on all reports including Contribution statements is whatever is selected as the Primary Address within a Family Record. You can check and change this by following these instructions:

  • From the Family Directory, Select the family; select Edit Detail at the bottom of the page.
  • Click the drop-down menu next to the label Primary Address
  • Select the correct address type that you would like used for mailings and statements and whatever address type is selected in A, will show its information in the B menu.
  • Click Save button at the bottom to save that choice.
