How to troubleshoot ParishSOFT DDM Reports where no report is generating for a giver
Start by loading the family and then, try to download the report.
If you get this message, "No reports to generate," check the options listed below:
Check Donor Reports → Payment Types to ensure they are all checked. If not, check them.
Next, the family may meet certain criteria in the other filters. One major criterion is they may have "Send No Mail' checked. If this is the case, you must mark the option to "Include families that specified Send no Mail," or their report will not generate. You may do so in Donor Reports → Other Filters.
