This article is to assist you in troubleshooting ConnectNow DDM Donor Reports when there is a giver who you know gave but no report is generating for them.
First of All, You Want to Load the Family and Try to Download the Report
Then You'll Notice No Report is Generated
If this Occurs, You'll Want to Check Payment Types and See if They are All Checked
Next, the Family May Meet Certain Criteria in the Other Filters. One Major Criterion they may meet is they may Have "Send No Mail' Checked and if you don't have that checked for generating reports then their report will not generate.
