When running EOY (end of the year) reports like Contribution Statements, Tax Receipts, and Contribution Summaries, the Family or Member name needs to be in the document.
When it's not, you end up with reports that look like this:
To change this, you need to go to the Family Record and fill in the "Formal Mailing Name" field.
1.) Go to Family Directory and select the Family Record you wish to edit.
2.) Hit "Edit Details" and fill in the "Formal Mailing Name" Field and hit "Save".
3.) Go back to Offering and run your Contribution Report again. It should now look something like this:
