How to log into Logos when you believe it is not open but can't log in due to single user install

If you are trying to log into Logos and are sure no one else has it open, yet get the message that only one user can log in at a time, contact support so we can help you remove the session.
Once you are able to log in, you must add the multi-user code to prevent this from happening in the future.
