How to update an employee's salary

To update an employee's salary click on the Payroll tabEmployee → click Go next to the employee for whom you wish to update the salary.

Once inside the Employee Information screen:

  1. Click on the Pay Data tab
  2. Enter the annual amount for the salaried employee in the Annual Amount field
  3. Click Submit button to save the employee's new salary amount
