How to fill out the organization setup forms for ParishSOFT Giving
When you purchase ParishSOFT Giving you will get an email from your Sales Representative with a link to the Online Application Form you need to fill out in order to get started.
The form itself will look like this:
Things to keep in mind when filling out the form:
- Feilds highlighted in yellow are required.
- When filling out the Field for Social Security Number, enter the Social Security Number for the Principle-Agent.
- The Principle-Agent will need to provide a Driver's License (picture or scanned and uploaded in the form), and the Principle Agent's Address will need to match that of their Driver's License.
- You will need to provide a copy of a voided check (also can be a picture or scanned and uploaded in the form).
To Upload Documents
To Upload Documents for your organization, you will be prompted to Click here to upload at the top of the form.
Once you've finished and click Save and Submit, you will then receive a welcome email within 24 to 48 hours from an email address with an @paymentbrands.com domain.
At that point, you will be prompted to sign up for a 1-hour introductory class to ParishSOFT Online Giving. We ask that you please wait until you have filled out the Online Application Form before scheduling your training class. ParishSOFT Online Giving Trainings done once a week, so there is always an opportunity to make the next class if you happen to miss the one happening in the current week.
