How to fill out the organization setup forms for ParishSOFT Giving
When you purchase ParishSOFT Giving you will get an email from ParishSOFT Online Giving with a login for your giving site, where you will be able to click on the form "Depository Account Information" you need to fill out in order to get started.

Things to keep in mind when filling out the form:
- Fields highlighted in yellow are required.
- When filling out the Field for Social Security Number, enter the Social Security Number for the Principle-Agent. This is for the Identity verification of the Principle-Agent.
- The Principle-Agent will need to provide a Driver's License (picture or scanned and uploaded in the form), and the Principle Agent's Address will need to match that of their Driver's License. This is also for the Identity verification of the Principle-Agent.
- You will need to provide a copy of a voided check (also can be a picture or scanned and uploaded in the form).
To Upload Documents
To Upload Documents for your organization, you will be prompted to Click here to upload at the top of the form.
Once you've finished and click Save and Submit, you will then receive a welcome email within 24 to 48 hours from an email address with an @paymentbrands.com domain.
At that point, you will be prompted to sign up for a 1 and a half hour introductory class to ParishSOFT Online Giving. We ask that you please wait until you have filled out the Online Application Form before scheduling your training class. ParishSOFT Online Giving Trainings are done once a week, so there is always an opportunity to make the next class if you happen to miss the one happening in the current week.
