How to update the primary contact for your software 

If the primary contact is no longer with the church, have the pastor submit a written request on church letterhead. 

The request should include:

  • Church Name, Address, and zip code
  • Current Primary Contact
  • New Primary Contact
    • First and last name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
  • Org ID
    • The ID is in the upper right corner below log out. 

Attach the request to your reply to the email you received or send it directly to psbilling@ministrybrands.com
