Duplicate Checker stops because there are records to sync at diocese
When you run Duplicate Checker, you get a message that there are records waiting to sync from the diocese.
You can solve this by syncing the records. To sync, go through the following steps:
- From the Diocese menu, select Synchronize Data to Diocese. The Sync window should open.
- In the Sync window, click the Sync All Now button. If the window says (Not Responding), this is normal.
- If you get a message saying All Records Synced! then you are done. If you get a different message, contact ParishSOFT support.
- Run duplicate checker.
