How to eliminate dedicated accounts

If you use the GAAP Compliance feature in ParishSOFT Accounting you will not be able to use dedicated accounts.

You will have to archive any dedicated accounts. In order to archive the account(s), you will have to journal entry the balance(s) out of dedicated accounts to newly set-up income accounts, then archive or delete the account(s).

If you wish to track the balance of individual restricted accounts, you can use Projects.
