How to get the temporary password when a new staff account has been added but the temporary password never came through


This is usually an issue where the domains @parishsoft.com and @parishmail.com have been blocked.

A quick workaround is to use your personal email account in the Staff Profile record and then to reset the password. The long-term solution is to ask your email administrator or IT team to allow emails from @parishsoft.com and @parishmail.com
