Legacy Online Giving Price Increase
*Note: This does NOT apply to Diocesan customers*
- The increases to implement are as follows:
- ACH: rate increase of .75%
- CC: rate increase of .25% and a $0.15 increase to per/item fee
- The fee increase will be in place for August’s activity.
- Paya is required to send statement messaging for this increase. The following message was included by Paya on the July Monthly statement.

As the payment industry continues to evolve and adapt to changing economic and regulatory environments, it has resulted in increased costs. Over the past year, industry participants and others have implemented changes that have further increased our costs with additional fees, additional reporting, and increased risk and regulatory requirements.
Due to industry changes, we are implementing a rate increase starting with your August 2018 activity: ACH processing rate will be increased by 0.75%, credit card rate 2,3 and business will increase 0.25%, and credit card per item auth fees will increase by $0.15/item.
Rate increases in the payment processing industry like these are sometimes unavoidable, and we hope we can continue to serve your organization long into the future.
