How to add special needs including allergies to a child's record to be included on the roster
- In the Family Directory, select the family from the Family List, then select the Member Details tab.
- Select the child's tab as shown in the image below.
- Mark the Special Needs box and add the information. Make sure to separate each special need with a space, using the spacebar. If you use the enter key between each, not all of the special needs will display on the report
The Class Roster will include special needs information as highlighted in the example below.
