Can ParishSOFT Accounting generate a form DE-9 for the State of California?

Currently, the system is not designed to generate a California specific form. You can use the State Accumulations report which can be found in Reports → State and Local → State Accumulations to get the necessary information that will assist you with filing the Form DE-9.
