How to change the bank account that is used for donation deposits and monthly billing/processing fees

The following must be done by the organization's primary administrator.
  1. Log into your admin account. While logged in, open a new tab in your web browser and go to the Merchant Information. 


  2. Upload the image of a voided check which must saved on your computer: Go to the top left corner and select "Click here to Upload."

  3. Select the Choose File button and browse for the image of your church's voided check. Under Type, select the option for Voided Check from the drop-down selection box. Click Upload.

  4. At the bottom of the form, select the Save & Submit button.Marchant_Application_-_Document_Saving_-_Save_and_Submit.png
  5. Reply to the support ticket you have with ParishSOFT Support and let them know you are ready to have your bank account changed. They will contact the Processor.
