How to create a report for the address of the Church of Baptism
The information below gives a brief synopsis of how to create a query which will provide a report of the information you seek. Additional information on how to create a query may be found in this help article.
In IQ under Column Picker, select (at least) the following fields: Celebrant Text, Parish Name, Address 1, Address 2, Parish City, Parish State, Parish Zip. You may also want to include Baptismal Name and Date Completed. Simply click on the fields you want in your report and drag them to the Results Column.
If you want to limit the report to Baptisms which occurred within a particular date span, you may drag the Date Completed to the Query Conditions field and select the 'is between' operator. Enter the date span as shown in the Query Conditions above.
Once you execute the query, you may export the results to Mail Merge or, if you'd prefer, you may export the information to a CSV file. The article on How to perform a mail merge may provide helpful information.
