How to resolve most issues whereby a user is constantly getting kicked out of the software
Any one of these actions may resolve the issue, or you may need to do all of them.
- Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history - How to clear your browser's cache
- Clear your computer DNS Cache - How to flush your DNS (to clear your computer cache)
- Check your Internet Service Provider and/or Network to see if there is potentially an intermittent connectivity issue. It may help to do a Speed Test of your organization's internet speed to see if either the download or the upload speed is slow. To check your internet speed, click here.
- Ensure your computer time is set to On for "Set time automatically." To do this, Right-Click on the time/date in the lower right corner of your screen, then select Adjust date/time. The top option on the new screen is, Set time automatically. Turn that on.
