How to resolve the issue when a student record displays twice in the class list and/or the student directory
Both lines have identical information and clicking the link takes you to the same member record.
- Do not delete either record--doing so will delete both copies.
- Send the student record information (name and DUID) to ParishSOFT Support.
- Note: this issue also comes up in the Member List

I am the new Coordinator of Religious Education for the Tri-Parish of Saint Michael's Catholic Church in Hewitt, WI. How do I connect with the Parish in order to start using Parish Soft to track my CCD families?
@Lora, thank you for submitting a question. While we will try our best to answer any questions related to the use of our software, we are not privy to the details of how to connect with personnel within the parishes. This may be better answered by your diocese, or perhaps you could call each one of the churches and talk to the administrator there.
