How do filters affect the 'Same as Current Year's Budget/Actual' outcomes

The buttons on the Budget Entry screens that allow you to Clear the budget or to copy other year's budgets or actual figures do not take filters into account.

For example, if you select the Next Year Budget option and filter the Budget Entry page by Entity, then click the 'Same as Current Year's Budget' button or the 'Same as Current Year's Actual' button, it will copy the current year's figures to next year's budget for all accounts, not just for those in the entity you have selected.
