How to create a contributions postings report for selected family workgroups and for selected funds


  1. Go to the Offering Module and click Reports.
  2. Under Category, click "Contributions.
  3. Under Report, click "Postings.
  4. Under Postings, select your funds.  You may select one or multiple funds at once.  If you want to have each fund shown separately, select one fund per report.
  5. In Membership Filters towards the bottom, select the specific family workgroup in the drop-down.
  6. You may specify a date range that covers the entirety of those funds.
  7. View or export the report to a CSV file.
