How to see a staff member that is not showing in the list
Most often, clearing all the filters on the Staff List page will resolve this issue. There are three possible filters described below.
(A) Funnel Icon - When the funnel icon is selected, The Advanced Filter form displays. When selections are made on the form, the clear filter icon displays to the right of the funnel icon. This filter stays active until it is cleared by clicking the clear filter icon.
(B) Position Filter - Click the dropdown arrow and select the filter. This filter stays active until it is cleared by clicking Clear All from the dropdown menu.
(C) Rolodex Filter - When you select a Rolodex letter, only those employees whose last names begin with that letter are displayed. This filter clears out automatically when you exit the page or you may click the clear filter link to the right.
