How to run a Failed Transaction Report

  1. Go to Manage my ChurchReports.

  2. Select Failed Transaction Report.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. Use the button at the bottom to view the report.

  5.  If for any reason you are not getting results, expand your date range and try again.  If you continue to get no results, call support.
