An imported batch which shows 100% complete is out of balance and will not close
When an imported batch shows that it is 100% complete and uploaded but cannot be closed because the batch is not in balance, it is likely that one of the fund end dates has passed.
When imported contributions are linked to a fund that has an end date that has passed, they cannot get attached to the batch and are therefore not included in the batch total.
- In order for those contributions to be included in the batch, you must clear out the end date for the fund.
- Then, you may re-import the file.
- You will have to go back and delete the contributions that were created through the original import including those not linked to batches.
