How to configure the Batch Management Settings to require batches for postings or to remove that requirement

If you are new to Isidore Offering, you may benefit from reading the article, How to navigate the Isidore Offering Module

  1. Go to the Settings page.
    • Using the Navigator Bar, select Settings.
      -or-
    • Using the Settings Card, select Go to Settings.

  2. On the Settings page, under Batch Management, mark the option(s) according to your preference: mark it to require batches for postings or unmark it to not require batches for postings.

    Once the option to require batches has been marked for either category:
    • The Contributions page and/or the Pledges page will still be available to view postings but they may only be added through the Batches page.
    • The Pledges page may still be used to make pledge adjustments. 
  3. Save your settings.
