How to run a Contribution Summary by Donor Report
- Go to the Analysis Reports page.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Reports → Analysis.
-or- - Using the Reports Card, select Analysis.
- Using the Navigator Bar, select Reports → Analysis.
- Select the Contribution Summary by Donor report.
- Select the fund or funds on which you wish to report. Then, click Analysis Filters in the center top of the screen or click Next in the lower-left corner of the page to display the Analysis Filters page.
- On the Analysis Filters screen: select from each of the filters then click Report Filters in the upper right or Next.
- Select the Family Registration status: Both, Yes, No
- Select the Family Workgroup if this applies, or leave it blank to select all.
- Select one or more Family Groups.
- On the Report Filters page, fill out each field to narrow down the results to the records that you would like to analyze.
- If you want a list of donors who have given over a certain amount for all selected funds summed together, enter that amount into the minimum amount field.
- You may select from one to all funds.
- The report will sum all giving for the selected funds together from each donor.
- When ready, click the Run Report link at the bottom left.
- If you want a list of donors who have given over a certain amount for all selected funds summed together, enter that amount into the minimum amount field.
- Select between PDF and Excel for the report output.

When I want to see nongivers it should not show each member of the family. I am just trying to get a list of my registered families and how much they gave if any. This report worked fine in the old offering. Also, It would be helpful for sorting if Lst Name had its own column.
