How to generate a non-giver letter
- Navigate to the Donor Reports page.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Offering → Reports → Donor.
-or- - On the Home → Offering page, select Donor from the Reports card.
- On the Navigation Bar, expand Offering → Reports → Donor.
- Select the Non-Giver Letter Report and fill in the criteria you would like to use to filter the report such as funds and date span. In other words, you want a list of those who did not give to a specific fund (or all funds) within a specific date span.
Many of the fields on this page are self-explanatory such as the minimum and maximum amount fields and the date range fields. If you have questions about those fields, please see our in-app help files. Articles on how to populate the more complicated fields can be accessed through this article. - If you want to generate labels at the same time as you generate the Non-Giver Letter, mark the Print Labels checkbox below the date span fields (lower left of the page).

- Each time you access the Donor Reports and select one of the three options (Contribution Detail Statement, Pledge Statement, Non-Giver Letter), take care to select the correct Body of Statement option.
