None of the training articles are helpful.
I do not understand why this was changed. The previous version worked well. This one is difficult and hard to navigate. I would like the option to choose which version we would like to use. The articles are not helpful.
I need to Post contributions and print Contribution Statements for the Parishioners and everything is different. I cannot even do anything at this point.
Please help.
DONT like it - watching the videos and its moving way too fast. Why didn't we get a choice about this? How is this going to affect on-line giving which is an import? Thank God I already had my contribution statements printed for tax purposes! I'm a week behind posting the contributions and as of my next day back to work (next week) I will be two weeks behind. Many of us don't have enough time on the job, to try to figure this out. It seems most everyone is unhappy, maybe Parish Soft needs to go back to the older program before there is a mass exodus of customers.
I wish this would have been rolled out after tax season.
Please answer the phone. I just want to post donations from the past Sunday masses. Give us a least a five steps mini tutorial of how to do the postings by check, cash or electronic. I don't doubt that some issues were corrected in the new offering app, but you guys forgot to include the posting part. I can not find it after two days of trying.
I think I figured it out. Go to the "Home" page. There should be 2 choices: "Offering" and "Settings". Click on "Settings". To the right of the screen is "Batch Management". Uncheck all of the boxes. Click the save icon in the top right corner, under your name. Then you can go into "Contributions" click the "+" sign "add new contributions". If you want to look up by envelope numbers, click on "look up type" under Defaults on the right of the screen and select "envelope number" I hope this helps. This is so frustrating!
This new update is not user friendly. Way too complicated. Can't find reports I need.
Training modules do not help. Would never recommend this system. Church Admins/secretary's do not have full time hours and therefore this needs to be more streamlined and easy for lay people to use. This seemed like a work project for IT people who never use the system. Not happy with this change.
@Kelly, we are sorry you have found the software complicated. Our development, support, and training teams are working hard to improve the software and our customer's experience with the software.
What does DMO stand for?
@Eric, The DM stands for Development Manager and the O stands for Offering.
Thank you!
