How to add or remove fields from your statements

Also described as 'How to select and order the details that appear on the Contribution Detail Statement Report'

  1. Navigate to the Donor Reports page.
    • On the Navigation Bar, expand Offering → Reports and select Donor.
    • On the Home → Offering page, select Donor from the Reports card.
  2. Click the gear button (Configure) in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Click the tab for Column Selection and Ordering.
  4. Use the checkbox to the right of each field name to Mark the fields you wish to print on your statement. Unmark those you do not want.
  5. You may change the order the columns appear from left to right by using the grab bar to move them up or down; up is left, down is right.
