Note: Contribution Detail Statements are designed to fit in a standard #10 envelope, with the address window positioned 1/2" from the bottom for proper alignment. Alternatively, they can be printed in non-windowed envelopes, with labels provided for easy application on the envelope.
- Go to the Donor Reports page.
- Using the Navigation Bar, select Reports → Donor.
- Using the Navigation Bar, select Reports → Donor.
- Select the Contribution Detail Statement Report.
- One more critical setting is the Filters. Filters include payment types and other filters, including non-tax-deductible contributions and families with Send Mail unchecked. See How to configure filters for donor reports
- To print labels for this report, mark the Print Labels checkbox below the date span fields (lower left of the page). Please take a look at how to generate labels.

Report Type: Choose one of these - All Details, Details for $250, Fund Totals Only.
- When the report is configured for Fund Totals Only, all contributions that meet the populated criteria will be summed together by fund listing only the fund name and the sum of all the contributions from the donor to that fund.
- When the report is configured for one of the details options, each contribution that meets the selected criteria will be listed individually.
- The details listed are Contribution Date, Funds Name, Contribution Type, Contribution Amount, Check Number, Contribution Type Code, and Contribution Type Details.
- Details for the $250 option will only include contributions of $250 or more. See How to generate contribution statements for $250 or more
- When the report is configured for Fund Totals Only, all contributions that meet the populated criteria will be summed together by fund listing only the fund name and the sum of all the contributions from the donor to that fund.

- Each time you access the donor reports, select one of the three options (Contribution detail statement, pledge statement, non-gift letter) and choose the correct body of statement option.
