Migrating your Giving Account to the New Platform

Important: It is highly recommended that you migrate your Family Suite account before migrating your Giving account. It is also vital that the same email address is used for both migration processes. Failing to do so will create two separate user accounts that cannot be reconciled without our development team's assistance. 

Please take notice this article applies to the New ParishSOFT Platform. If your diocese hasn’t migrated yet, explore our knowledge base for relevant resources.

Step 1: Sign In to Online Giving

Log in using one of the following URLs:

After signing in, continue to the identity verification step.

Step 2: Verify Your Identity (MFA)

As part of the New Platform security model, you must verify your identity using Multi‑Factor Authentication.

  1. Retrieve the verification code sent through your selected MFA method.
  2. Enter the code when prompted.

This step ensures secure access to your data during the migration process.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

After successful identity verification, you are prompted to reset your password.

  • Confirm that all password requirements display a green checkmark.
  • Select Done once all criteria are met.

Step 4: Access the New Platform Dashboard

Once your password is reset, the system automatically redirects you to the New Platform Dashboard, where you can access your Ministry Brands modules using single sign‑on.
