ParishSOFT Family Suite is available from any supported Web browser to users with valid login credentials. You can log in using your Family Suite credentials or log in using a Ministry ID account, which lets you use one set of login credentials to access multiple ParishSOFT products that are configured for single-sign on. This topic describes both login methods. 

Logging in with Your ParishSOFT Family Suite Credentials

1. In your web browser, enter your organization's URL for ParishSOFT Family Suite.
2. On the Welcome page, type your username and password into the respective fields
   
3. Click the Log In button to log in to ParishSOFT Family Suite.

Logging In with Your MinistryID Credentials

Ministry ID is a single sign-on solution that enables you to access multiple ParishSOFT products, such as ParishSOFT Accounting and ParishSOFT Family Suite using one set of login credentials. Single sign-on with MinistryID is available only for ParishSOFT products displaying this MinistryID logo:

To use MinistryID, you must first create a MinistryID account. Then, for each ParishSOFT product you want to access using single sign-on, you must configure your existing login credentials to link to your MinistryID account. The following sections show you how to configure ParishSOFT Family Suite to use MinistryID and how to log in to the suite using your MinistryID credentials.

Configuring ParishSOFT Family Suite for Single Sign-On with MinistryID

IMPORTANT: Configuring ParishSOFT Family Suite for single sign-on access with MinistryID is optional. If preferred, you can skip these instructions and continue signing in to the suite using your existing username and password. 

If you decide to configure ParishSOFT Family Suite for single sign-on access with MinistryID, follow the steps below. Note that you must have an existing ParishSOFT Family Suite user account. During the configuration process, you will be prompted to verify your identity by entering the username and password for that account.

To configure ParishSOFT Family Suite for single sign-on using MinistryID, complete the following:

1. Open a browser and enter the URL for ParishSOFT Family Suite.
2. On the Login page, click Login with MinistryID to open the Ministry ID login page.
   
3. Do one of the following:
   1. If you already have a MinistryID account, you must link it to your ParishSOFT Family Suite user account. To do this, complete the following:
      1. Enter your email address and password. Then, click Continue.
         
      2. Enter your ParishSOFT Family Suite username and password. Then, click Link.
         
         The system verifies your identity and then displays a message to inform you that your ParishSOFT Family Suite credentials were successfully linked to your MinistryID account.
      3. Click Done to dismiss the message.
         
         You can now use your MinistryID credentials to sign in to Family Suite and all other ParishSOFT products that are configured to use single sign-on access with MinistryID.
   2. If you do not have a MinistryID account, you must create one and link it to your ParishSOFT Family Suite user account. To do this:
      1. Click the link at the bottom of the page: Create account
      2. Enter your email address. Then, enter and confirm the password you want to use for your MinistryID account.
      3. Click the Continue button to create the account.
         
      4. Enter your ParishSOFT Family Suite username and password. Then, click Link to connect the credentials to MinistryID account you just created.
         
         The system verifies your identity and then displays a message to inform you that your ParishSOFT Family Suite credentials were successfully linked to your new MinistryID account.
      5. Click Done to dismiss the message.
         
         You can now use your MinistryID credentials to sign in to Family Suite and all other ParishSOFT products that are configured to use single sign-on access with MinistryID.

Logging In to ParishSOFT Family Suite with MinistryID

1. Open a browser and enter the URL for ParishSOFT Family Suite.
2. Click Login with MinistryID.
   
3. Enter your MinistryID username and password. Then, click Continue.
   

You can now use your MinistryID to log in to ParishSOFT Family Suite and easily log in to each of the ParishSOFT products your organization is licensed to use that are also set up to use single sign-on access with MinistryID.
