View SEP User Activity Logs

This article shows you how to view details in a user's activity log. 

You must have View Activity permission assigned to your user role to perform this task.  

  1. Click Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Select the Users tile to display the list of users in your organization.
  3. The page opens in grid view. To switch to card view, click this button in the toolbar: card view button.png.
  4. Use the search field and filters to find the users whose activity log you want to view. Then, in the Name column, select the user's name to open their record.
  5. In the toolbar in the upper right, click user activity icon.png (View User Activity) to open the User Activity panel.
  6. By default, the panel shows actions performed by the user during the past seven days. To view actions performed during a specific date range, change the dates in the Start and End fields. Then, click apply button.png.  

The log updates to show the activity during the time period you specified. Log entries are organized by date in time order with the most recent actions displayed at the top. 

  • If the log has multiple pages, use the navigation controls at the bottom of the panel to page through the list.
  • Click or done icon.png to close the panel and return to the selected user's record.
