You can view the list of students enrolled in a class using either the Classes & Sessions page or the Attendance page. This article walks you through both methods.
Using the Classes & Sessions Page
- In the Religious Education navigation menu, select Classes & Sessions to open the Classes & Sessions page.
- From the Terms list, select the term associated with the class.
- Click the Classes tab.
- Locate the class you want to view. Use the filters above the grid to narrow down the list if needed.
- Click the class name link.
The class record will open, displaying a list of enrolled students at the bottom. For each student, you’ll see:
- Grade level
- Age
- Gender
- Attendance
- Sacraments completed
- Enrollment and unenrollment dates (if applicable)
Using the Attendance Page
- In the Religious Education navigation menu, select Classes & Sessions to open the Classes & Sessions page.
- From the Terms list, select the relevant term.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to find the class.
- Click the button at the end of the row for the desired class.
The class record will open, showing the list of enrolled students along with their attendance records.
To find a specific student:
- Type the student’s name in the Search for attendees field.
- The list will update to show matching results.
Click the Exit button to close the class record when you are finished.
