This article shows you how to enter a staff member into the personnel list in the Catholic Directory Manager (formerly called Kenedy Directory Manager).
- In the Organization list, select the organization in which you are assigning the staff member's access rights and permissions.
- Click the Manage Staff tab
to display the Staff List page. - In the Staff List, select the link of the desired staff member’s name to open his or her staff record.
- The record opens to show the Access Rights tab.
- Click
to put the record in edit mode. - To add a staff member to Catholic Directory Manager, select the Show in Kenedy Dir. checkbox.
Important: Select this checkbox only if the staff member is paid, works full-time (35 - 40 hours), and is considered professional ministry personnel, such as, a priest, deacon, director of Religious Education, youth minister, music minister, and liturgy director. Do not select this checkbox if the staff member holds a support staff position, such as a secretary, administrative assistant, or bookkeeper.

The system is updated with the change. The member's name is added to Catholic Directory Manager along with his or her organization and position. The member is also included in the personnel data counts compiled in Catholic Directory Manager reports.
