Configure Global Permission to Delete Sacrament Records

This article guides Diocesan Admins through enabling the global permission to delete sacrament records in ParishSOFT, allowing parish administrators to manage deletion rights for their staff.

You must have Diocesan Admin access rights assigned to your login credentials to perform this task.

  1. Click the Module Settings tab to display the Module Settings page.
  2. Click Sacraments under the Census configuration option.
  3. Select this checkbox in the Delete Sacraments section.

  1. Click save settings.png.

The Delete Sacrament permission is enabled. Now, parish administrators in your diocese can give specific staff—including themselves—permission to delete sacrament records.
