How to modify your statement so the donor address fits in the #9 window envelopes
Currently, the spacing may be a little off when using the #9 window envelopes. The donor's address does not fit nicely. There is an easy way to resolve this issue:
Set up your donor statements to include the organization's name and address. They will then line up nicely.
If you still have an issue, please mark the Actual Size option on your PDF printing options and see if that resolves the issue.

I did as instructed, and the church name and donor name still do not fit my envelopes. (They fit fine at June 30.) Can we return to the old configuration that worked?

I have also added additional information in the article that may be helpful. It is the line about marking the PDF printer settings for actual size.
Is there any update on this? Our statements do not line up in a #10 envelope either.
@Courtney, thank you for asking this question. This has been corrected to read #9 window as that is the window in which they were designed to fit. Sorry for the confusion.
