- Family: send to entire families.
- Member: send to individual members.
- Member Workgroup: send to a saved group of members.

- In the list that opens, use the search field to find a recipient, or scroll to browse.

- Select Done, then select Next to continue.
Compose the Message
- Enter a Sender Name. This name appears as the message sender to recipients.
- Confirm or select the Reply-To Email address recipients will use when replying.

Preview and Send the Message
- Review the Message Title, Recipients, and message preview for accuracy.
- Select Send to send the message immediately, or select Schedule to send it later.
Confirm the Message Was Sent
After you select Send, you're returned to the Messages list. The new message appears at the top of the list with a status label (for example, Preparing) indicating its delivery progress.
