How permissions affect what an administrator sees on the dashboard: Users, Groups, Alerts, Account, Admin Reports, ClientCast Messages, Dashboard, Help, Log Out
- An admin should normally see all links shown in the image below unless the admin's user account is marked as Send Alerts Only.
- If they are only seeing the options shown in this image, their user account is marked as Send Alerts only.
- To allow them to see all links remove the check mark from the check box for Send Alerts Only. This can be done by finding the user and choosing edit to the right of the user name and then un-marking the box to the left of "Send Alerts Only."
- Note: The box for Do Not Delete on import should be marked to prevent the admin from being deleted in error.
