Offering End of Year: Basic Checklist

Do you need help creating statements or completing other end-of-year tasks for Offering? Use our checklist to help you complete the end-of-year process, including generating your statements (US) or receipts (Canada). 

• Ensure all tax-deductible contributions are entered in the Family Suite Offering Module 
• • Don't forget about importing your online giving contributions into Offering!
    How to import offerings from ParishSOFT Giving (PSG) or a 3rd party vendor
    How to format a file for importing contributions 
  • If you use ParishSOFT Giving and do NOT have ChMS integration set up, ensure all your contributions for the year are exported.

  • If you use ParishSOFT Giving and have the ChMS integration set up, ensure you have reviewed all sync errors.
