If you get the following error message, there may be a special character in the data. 

An nvarchar error indicated that an invalid character may be present in the file. Review the information in the error. In this example, it is: '134.'

1. Search the document for the information contained between the apostrophes.
2. If there is a special character, such as a decimal point, you may need to format the cell.
3. If you do not find the error by searching for the information between the apostrophes, review the file for missing information or special characters.

Note: The error shown above included a decimal point that was not visible in the file. When searching the file with just the numbers, we found an envelope number 134. We reformatted the cell by copying the format from another cell that contained an envelope number without prompting an error, then pasting it into the cell. This eliminated the decimal point and resolved the issue.
