Contributions or funds are missing from reports

If you can no longer report on a specific fund because it is not available in the report selection options, it is likely because the Active checkbox has been unchecked for that fund.

  • If you want to make a fund unavailable for contributions but still want to report on the fund for historical reporting purposes, simply give the fund and end date, but keep the fund active.
  • If you no longer want to report on a particular fund, you may unmark the Active checkbox.
